ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that Arttomedia provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Arttomedia reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages. Your use of the Arttomedia web site and services signifies your complete acceptance of this TOU.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

You may use any DIVE MAPS for recreational purposes only. Do not attempt to do any penetration base on reference of dive maps what’s o ever. Always verify depth because variation may and will occur due to tides and other factors.

COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS

No reproductions in part or in total of Dive Maps are authorized. No photocopies or resale with out written authorization by ARTTOMEDIA INC. All Dive Maps and 3D ships or reefs graphic and designs fall under Digital artistic copyrights act of internationals laws.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

By purchasing a Arttomedia product, you agree that your order will be processed manually and base on these guidelines:

An Arttomedia representative may contact you by phone to verify your order.

REFUND POLICY

Arttomedia may refund your order minus a transaction fee of $ 5.00 USD if and ONLY if your products have not been ship. All Arttomedia Dive maps or other products ship by mail sales are considered to be final and non-refundable once the order has left Arttomedia warehouse.

Only UPS deliveries are insured for lost or damage goods.

No product can be return without a written authorize RPA number. Careful instruction must be respected in order to get a partial refund. All refunds (- 15% ), or replacement will be issued after product is returned to Arttomedia in perfect condition at customer expense; unless the item is proven defective after inspection. In that case, the cost of the return mail shipping and reshipping of new product to customer will be taken in charge by Arttomedia.

No refunds after 15 days.

No orders can be cancelled after being shipped. (Usually with in 72 hours).
